Why did the K.Terengganu stadium collapse?!

Just this week, the Kuala Terengganu stadium fell but there isn't any evidence why and how did it collapse.. Some blame the contractors, some blame the architects and some even said that the materials used wasn't good.. As an architecture student, I would like to defend these people by showing the real culprit behind this tragic disaster!! Are you ready for this??

There are more than 20 types of Ultraman and all of them are busy on that day, what are the odds??!! Curse you Ultramen!! So, dont blame the architects, contractors and etc!!
